Make software easier
to release and run.
We build and improve CI/CD pipelines, containerised platforms and infrastructure as code around your applications and team, across cloud and on-premise environments.
WHEN DELIVERY BECOMES THE BOTTLENECK
The Code is Ready.
The Environment Isn’t.
Your team has finished the change, but getting it into production still depends on manual configuration, environment-specific fixes and someone being available to run the deployment.
Testing proves the application in one environment. It does not explain the differences waiting in the next.
We work on the delivery path itself: how software is packaged, how changes are checked and how the environment is provisioned. The aim is fewer deployment-specific fixes and a process the team can repeat.
DEVOPS ENGINEERING
Engineering a Repeatable
Delivery Process
01 Kubernetes & Docker Enablement
We package applications with Docker and implement Kubernetes environments where orchestration is justified by the workload and operating requirements.
The work includes versioned container images, runtime configuration, networking and persistent-storage dependencies, access controls and integration with the deployment process.
We validate how applications start, connect to required services and behave during updates before extending the approach. Workloads that do not need Kubernetes can remain on a simpler deployment model.
02 CI/CD Pipelines
We build pipelines that connect source changes to automated builds, tests and deployment, with explicit checks between development, test and production.
Build versions, environment configuration, secret handling and deployment permissions are defined so the team can see what is being released and where. Approval steps remain where the service requires them.
We validate the release procedure and agree recovery options for unsuccessful changes, including application or data changes that cannot simply be reversed.
Automate repetitive execution. Keep the decisions that protect production.
03 Infrastructure as Code
We replace repeatable manual provisioning with version-controlled infrastructure definitions. Resources and configuration can then be reviewed and applied through a known process, rather than recreated from console settings or individual notes.
Intentional differences between environments are defined explicitly. Existing infrastructure is incorporated in stages, with dependencies and change impact assessed before execution.
The goal is a reusable provisioning baseline and a record of how the environment is meant to be built.
WORKING WITH YOUR TEAM
Improve the Delivery Path
You Already Use
The scope may be a single pipeline, an existing container platform or the deployment foundations for a new application.
We work alongside development and infrastructure teams, retaining effective tools and addressing the parts causing delay or inconsistency. A representative application or environment provides the starting point, with the implementation validated against real release requirements before it becomes a standard for other services.
Networking, identity, security and production-support requirements are considered within the work, so automation fits the environment it will run in.
WHAT YOUR TEAM RETAINS
A Working Delivery Process.
With the Means to Maintain It.
1
Delivery Assets & Documentation
Your team receives the pipeline and infrastructure definitions, configuration documentation and the procedures needed to deploy and support the agreed scope.
2
Access, Ownership & Support
Repository access, deployment permissions and responsibility for ongoing changes are agreed as part of delivery. We can also provide production support within a defined engagement.
3
Application & Backend Engineering
For application development and system interfaces, our Application & Backend Engineering capability provides the development work alongside these delivery foundations.

Managed IT
Where broader operational responsibility is needed, the platform can be included within an agreed Managed IT scope.

Delivery Process
An unreliable pipeline, inconsistent environments or a manual deployment sequence can provide a practical starting point.
We can review the current delivery path with your team and define the engineering work needed to make it more repeatable.
