PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS & ROLLOUTS

Make the Platform Work
In Your Organisation.

Enterprises operate many platforms and even more integrations between them.

Wentland connects the surrounding identity, endpoints, networks, applications, security controls and providers, then tests the complete service and rolls it out across the organisation.

WHERE INTEGRATION MATTERS

The Platform Is Only Part
of the Deployment

A platform can be provisioned and still not be ready for production.

A Teams call may depend on tenant configuration, operator connectivity, user policies and the local network. Secure access may depend on identity, endpoint configuration, traffic forwarding and the application itself.

Cloud services have network and security dependencies. Endpoint controls depend on identity and device management. Monitoring, backup and support need somewhere to escalate when something fails.

We work across those boundaries so the complete service works in the environment that has to operate it.

Integration Beyond
The Platform

01

Identity & Endpoint Integration

Entra ID, Active Directory, Okta, MFA and SSO alongside Intune, Defender, CrowdStrike and device-management environments.

02

Network & Connectivity Integration

LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, DNS, firewalls, proxies, Cisco infrastructure and carrier connectivity.

03

Cloud & Application Integration

Azure, AWS, SaaS and private applications, including APIs, connectors and system-to-system dependencies.

04

Security & Secure Access Integration

Zscaler, Swisscom Beem, SSE/SASE and DLP controls integrated with the identity, endpoint, network and application environment around them.

05

Enterprise Telephony & Unified Communications

Microsoft Teams telephony and dedicated UCaaS platforms including Wildix, with Operator Connect, Direct Routing, carrier integration, numbering, porting and legacy coexistence.

06

Operations & Monitoring

Ticketing, monitoring, alerting, escalation and actively monitored backup and recovery services connected into day-to-day operations.

07

Enterprise Rollouts

Pilots, user and device groups, site deployments, staged rollout, testing, cutover and post-deployment stabilisation.

PLATFORM EXPERTISE IN PRACTICE

Different Platforms.
The Same Integration Issues.

Microsoft & Communications Environments
Teams, Entra ID, Intune, Defender, Azure and Microsoft 365 frequently cross identity, endpoint, network, security, telephony and application boundaries.

Where Microsoft Teams is the right communications platform, we integrate Teams telephony with the surrounding environment. Where a dedicated UCaaS architecture is more appropriate, we can implement platforms such as Wildix instead.

Networking & Zero Trust Secure Access
Cisco infrastructure, SD-WAN, Zscaler and Swisscom beem can involve routing, traffic forwarding, identity, endpoint posture, segmentation, private applications and provider dependencies. We design and validate the interfaces between them.

Applications & Operations
Private applications, APIs and cloud services still need connectivity, access controls, monitoring, backup and operational ownership. We connect those surrounding services so the application can move into production without becoming another isolated system.

BEFORE WIDER ROLLOUT

Test The Complete Service.
Then Extend The Rollout.

Pilots should represent the real users, devices, applications and locations in scope, not simply the easiest test case.

1

User & Application Validation

Confirm that required applications, calls, access paths and user scenarios work as intended.

2

Connectivity & Security

Validate routing, access controls, endpoint behaviour, performance and agreed failover or exception paths.

3

Rollout & Operational Readiness

Agree deployment waves, cutover requirements, escalation routes and responsibility for the service once it is live.
